Is distance the reason?
South Asia, South East Asia, Europe and North America... all linked together....
But why is it that nobody utters a sound? Is it that there is nothing to be said? Is it that nobody wants to be heard? Is the distance the reason for the silence, or is it the old saying "Out of sight - out of mind"

You dont speak if there is no audience, simple as that. Extra kudos for feedback, but at least you need an audience. Hence people keep their silence.
Does physical distances matter? For this particular purpose, I think not. This blog is functional (or dysfunctional) as it would have been if we were all in Sri Lanka.
